How long will my repair take?
Once we receive your item, most repairs are completed and returned to you within 21 working days. We’ll update you throughout the process, from arrival to shipment.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes, a fixed transport fee applies to all out-of-warranty repair orders. This fee covers both sending your item to our repair centre and shipping it back to you. If your repair is covered under warranty, there is no charge for the repair or the shipp
