Yes, a fixed transport fee applies to all out-of-warranty repair orders. This fee covers both sending your item to our repair centre and shipping it back to you.

If your repair is covered under warranty, there is no charge for the repair or the shipping. 

Once your repair request is created, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to send in your item. Return shipping is also included, so there are no additional logistics costs beyond this initial fee. 

In short, it’s an all-inclusive transport service designed to make the process as smooth as possible.
