We always aim to make repairs as clean and seamless as possible, using original or matching materials whenever available. 

 
In some cases - especially for older or limited-edition products - we may substitute with similar high-quality materials to ensure durability and performance. 

• For textile items, repairs may be more visibly noticeable due to stitching and construction methods. 
• For hard shell luggage, repairs are often less visible due to modular components and part replacements. 

But in both cases, repairs might be visible. 

To make sure expectations are aligned, you'll be asked to acknowledge this during checkout before submitting your repair request.
