All repairs are handled at our specialized repair centers, which are integrated into our distribution hubs. 

Our teams are trained to work specifically with Db products, using the right tools and with direct access to original spare parts. This ensures a high-quality, consistent repair standard across all items. 

We aim to keep repairs as close to you as possible to avoid unnecessary transportation. While we can’t be everywhere, our distribution centers are located in key logistics hubs, allowing us to keep shipping distances efficient and as low-impact as possible. 

By centralizing repairs in this way, we’re able to combine expertise, quality control, and a more responsible approach to logistics.
