You can request repairs for most Db bags, packs, and luggage - both soft and hard shell in Norway and the European Union.

In the United States, we currently offer repairs for hard case luggage only. 

There may be cases where a repair isn’t possible. This could be due to the limited availability of spare parts, especially for older models, or because the repair requires tooling we don’t currently have. 

Repairs are an evolving service, and our goal is to repair as much as we can. If your item or issue can’t be fixed, we’ll let you know after the pre-assessment.
