What if my item is damaged or non-functional?Updated 9 days ago

We’ll accept items that meet the condition criteria listed above. If your item doesn’t qualify, it may be recycled or salvaged. 

To qualify for trade-in, your item must:

• Have all major functional components intact (e.g. straps, zippers, handles, wheels, locks).
• Have a visible, undamaged Db logo.
• Be clean and odor-free inside and outside (no mold, smoke, perfume, pet hair).
• Be free from excessive wear (no large tears, missing parts, heavy staining).
• Not be permanently customized (no embroidery, paint, patches, personal logos).
