You’ll first assess if your product is qualified during the self-assessment process—this helps avoid unnecessary shipments. Once your item arrives at our repair center, it goes through a final evaluation that determines condition and actual voucher value.

If your product doesn’t meet the qualification criteria at this stage:

• We cannot return it.
• If still functional, we’ll donate it to a worthy cause.
• If not functional, we’ll salvage usable parts and recycle the rest.

You’ll be asked to accept these terms when going through the trade-in process.
