Do you have questions about our shipping times and warehouse working hours?

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and ship orders placed on working days as quickly as possible. For orders shipping within the EU, placing your order before noon on a working day increases the chance it will be shipped the same day. However, processing times may vary based on order volume, so your order may sometimes be shipped the next working day. If you place an order after noon on Friday or during the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on the following Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a holiday).

Are orders processed during the weekends?

No. Our warehouse is closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Does this affect express shipping options?

Yes. Even if you select express or any other shipping option, your order will not be processed or shipped during the weekend. Express shipping will begin on the next working day when our warehouse reopens.

Can I place orders on weekends?

Yes! You can place your order online at any time; however, please note that processing and shipping will only occur on working days.

What are your working days?

Our standard working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
