Returning more than one box – How do I get extra return labels?Updated 8 days ago

Currently, our return system automatically creates one return label per registered return. If you are sending back your order in more than one box, you will need additional return labels for the extra boxes.

Here’s what to do:

1. Register your return as usual through the portal: https://dbjourney.com/en-se/pages/returns
2. Contact our customer service team and let us know how many boxes you’ll be returning.
3. We will then create and send you the correct number of return labels for your shipment.

We recommend you reach out before shipping your return so we can make sure all your boxes are labeled and your return is processed smoothly.
