Our cleaning services are here for serious cases. Like persistent stains, strong smells, or mould that can’t be removed at home. Db products are made to last, and they’re tough enough to handle most standard cleaning products. 

So, if your item is just a bit dusty or has a few travel marks, we kindly ask you not to send it in just for cleaning; it’s better for the environment and more in line with what this service is really for. 

If your product shows signs of heavy contamination, mildew, or mould, we need to take specific hygienic precautions before handling it. 

When logging your repair, please make sure to select the correct cleaning package from the dropdown menu. This helps us prepare properly and process your item safely. 

If your item arrives contaminated without prior notice, we’ll need to carry out additional cleaning before any repair can begin, and an extra charge will apply to cover these steps. In extreme cases, where the item poses a hygiene risk or is beyond safe handling, we may have to reject the repair entirely.
