Starting a repair is easy — and giving the right information is key to making it smooth. Here's how it works: 

Go to: https://dbjourney.com/pages/repairs

1. Tell us which item you want to repair. 
2. Tell us what's wrong with your item by selecting the issue(s) from the dropdown menu. 
3. Describe the issue in more detail using the format in our Self-Assessment Guide.  This step is required and helps us understand exactly what's going on. 
4. Upload clear photos of your product and the issue(s), following the instructions in the Self-Assessment Guide. 

Once you’ve submitted your request: 

1. You’ll receive an instant cost estimate 
2. Our team will follow up with a pre-assessment, and then confirm or adjust the pricing
