How do I prepare my item for repair?Updated 9 days ago

Before shipping your item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Empty all compartments. Check all pockets, pouches, and hidden zippers for personal items. Db cannot be held responsible for anything left inside. 
2. Give the item a good clean inside and outside. No need for a deep clean, but coarse dirt, impurities, or visible mould may lead to additional charges or prevent the item from being processed.   ➝ See: “My product is dirty. Can you clean it?” 
3. Reuse a box if possible. Avoid oversized packaging and plastic fillers. Cardboard or paper-based materials are best. 
4. Attach the shipping label provided during your repair process and follow the instructions to finalize your submission.

If you’re sending in aluminium luggage, please note that aluminium is a sensitive material that can scratch easily. While we always handle your item with the utmost care, light surface scratches may occur during transport to and from our repair center.
