What happens to my item after trade-in?
Once received, your item is inspected, cleaned, refurbished, and—if qualified—resold. If not qualified, we donate or recycle it responsibly.
Can I get my item back if I change my mind?
No. Once the item has been shipped and accepted into the process, the trade-in is final. You will be asked for your consent before trading in your product.
What if my item is re-evaluated at a lower value?
It’s important to be honest during the self-assessment to avoid surprises. If our repair team determines the item is worth less than estimated, we’ll explain the reasoning and issue a voucher for the updated value.
