Two scenarios: 

Before sending in the item: 

1. You can cancel anytime - no cost, no problem. 

After sending in the item: 

1. We’ll return the item to you 
2. We’ll deduct return shipping, admin, and assessment fees from the amount you paid 
3. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method
