Before we get the ball rolling, please make sure of the following: otherwise, the product(s) will be sent back to you:

- The return is sent back to us within 14 days of the delivery date 
- The product is unused and undamaged 
- All labels/tags are still attached to the product

1. Fill out the form with all necessary information.

2. Print out the pre-paid return label and slap it on your box. Remove the original shipping label on the box before attach return label.

3. Take it to the closest drop-off point.

4. The refund will be automatically made to the card you used for payment. Please allow at least 30 business days for the reimbursement to be back in your account, depending on your bank.
